At ExamOldBook.in, we sell quality used books at affordable prices. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Policy

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong book
  • The book received is damaged during delivery
  • The item is completely different from what was ordered

We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.

2. Return Time Period

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • After 3 days, return requests may not be accepted

3. Condition for Return

To be eligible for return:

  • The book must be in the same condition as received
  • The book should not be excessively used or damaged after delivery
  • Original packaging (if any) should be included

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refund will be processed
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund may take 5–7 working days to complete

5. Shipping Policy (FREE SHIPPING)

  • We provide free shipping on all orders
  • There are no additional delivery charges
  • Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier service
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refund will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Buyer changes mind after receiving the book
  • Minor differences in book condition description
  • Delay caused by courier services
  • Damage caused after delivery

7. Exchange Policy (If Available)

If the same book is available, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund.
