1. Order Processing & Handling Time
- Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (IST)
- Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday)
- Any order placed before 2:00 PM will start processing on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays/Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Transit Time & Total Delivery Time
- Transit Time: 4 to 6 business days (Actual time taken by the courier company to reach your doorstep).
- Total Delivery Time: 6 to 7 business days across India.
3. Shipping Coverage Area
We deliver all over India, covering almost all pin codes. Whether you live in a metro city or a rural area, we will ensure your books reach you safely.
4. Shipping Charges & Costs
- Free Shipping: We offer 100% Free Shipping on all orders valued above ₹999.
- Orders Below ₹999: A nominal shipping fee will be calculated and displayed automatically at the checkout page before you complete the payment.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your book package is packed and handed over to our trusted courier partner, we will generate a unique Tracking ID. This tracking link and ID will be sent directly to your registered email address or phone number, allowing you to monitor your package live until it arrives.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages in Transit
Since we deal in pre-owned/old study materials for competitive exams, we take extra care in packaging. However, if your book gets torn, wet, or damaged during the courier transit, we protect your purchase completely:
- We provide a 100% Free Replacement for books damaged during transit.
- Kindly contact our support team within 24–48 hours of delivery with pictures of the damaged package, and we will dispatch a replacement immediately.
